Waltham Day is a celebration of city life, in all its vast energy and diversity. Among the many stalls were craftspeople, local businesses, fraternal orders, and nonprofits. There were also a few food and ice cream trucks, but overall the event felt noncommercial. I mostly stayed away from the stalls. I kept my lens focused on the people, and tried to capture their mood.
